On Cameroon UN Bachelet Has Not a Single Word In Speech Name Checking 35 Countries

By Matthew Russell Lee, CJR PFT NYP

UN GATE, September 9 – The degree to which Antonio Guterres has corrupted the entire UN system, on Cameroon and UN bribery by China and other issues, was shown again on September 9 by the Human Rights Council statement of Michele Bachelet in Geneva.

Despite the mounting killings and periodic professions of concern from corners of the UN system while the effects of Guterres' cover up for favors has to be imbolden 37 year president Paul Biya, Bachelet's long speech did not mention Cameroon even once. Not once.

The promotional material by her publicly paid staff hyped "In addition to an important section on climate change, the statement below contains specific references to the following: Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Canada, Colombia, Bolivia, Paraguay, Brazil, Bahamas, Dominica, South Pacific States, Philippines, Ukraine, Russian Federation, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Burundi, South Africa, China, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, Myanmar, Cambodia, Afghanistan, Syria, Occupied Palestinian Territory, Algeria, United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, European Union, and Kazakhstan."

And not a single word on Cameroon. Totally corrupt. Bachelet even mentioned "press freedom" while having done nothing on Guterres' having roughed up and banned 433 days and counting from the UN Inner City Press, as it asks him about Cameroon and UN bribery by China. Disgusting.

After Cameroon imposed life sentences and massive fines on Ayuk Tabe and nine others, for days UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres refused to answer the written questions and request for comment from Inner City Press which Guterres has banned from the UN for 433 days, now issuing Kafka-esque denials by his new Global Censor Melissa Fleming, see below.

It turns out that the UN, its UN News and also Media Accreditation and Liaison Unit are so far worse under Melissa Fleming than before. On August 30 Inner City Press was without reasoning barred from entering to cover the UN General Assembly week which for example Biya's CRTV is allowed into.
Past 4 pm on Friday, August 30 the UN issued a denial of accreditation with no reasoning other than that accreditation had previously been revoked:

"From: malu at un dot org
Date: Fri, Aug 30, 2019 at 4:23 PM
Subject: U.N. eAccreditation request for Matthew Lee Ref # M5413398 has been declined
To: Inner City Press:

Greetings Matthew Lee from Inner City Press,  Your media accreditation request, with reference no: M5413398, has been declined for the following reason: Media accreditation was withdrawn on 17 August 2018."

This is Kafka-esque, and corrupt. We will have more, much more, on this.
