After January 6 Staying in Capitol Bauer and Trucker Hemenway in Court in DC Insurrection Blues

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

FEDERAL COURT, Jan 21 – Robert Bauer and his trucker cousin Ed Hemenway, who "recalled staying on the same level of the U.S. Capitol, while inside the building," appeared on January 21 before U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Magistrate Judge G. Michael Harvey.

Inner City Press which is covering #insurrectionBlues (Harvey song here) live tweeted the proceeding here:

ROBERT L. BAUER a/k/a “BobtheBauer" and his cousin, EDWARD HEMENWAY, before Judge Harvey:

"Your Honor, I am Mr. Bauer and I will tell the truth." Judge Harvey: Mr Hemenway?

Edward Hemenway II, I'm 37, some college.

Bauer: 43, I have an Associates degree.

Bauer lives in Kentucky. Hemenway is a trucker, moving from VA to Ohio.

Both have the same (retained) lawyer, who says she's let her DDC registration lapse. She'll re-up. Next proceeding Feb 4 at 3 pm
