UN GATE, Sept 29 -- The United Nations under Antonio Guterres is so corrupt that its head of UN Security in Jordan is a man who conducted assassinations, perhaps even of Rafic Hariri, for Michel Aoun of Lebanon.

  The UN Security official's name is Antoine Abi Samra; he was a military officer under Aoun. He has been promoted and protected by one Igor Mitrokhin in the UN Department of Safety and Security, ostensibly run by Gilles Michaud. It is an outrage.   

   Inner City Press first asked Guterres and his spokesman Stephane Dujarric about Mitrokhin in connection with South Sudan, based on complaints it received from whistleblowers in the UN mission there, UNMISS.

  With Dujarric and Guterres and his head of communications Melissa Fleming refusing to answer banned Inner City Press' written question, it nevertheless asked then reported why "Igor Mitrokhin of UNDSS from Russia is pushing David Shearer, SRSG of UNMISS and Principal Security Advisor, Graeme to take Nikolay Kovalev of Russia at all cost disregarding all rules."  See below.

Now on September 29 we have more about Nikolay Kovalev in Gilles Michaud's corrupt UN Security, which does everything possible to dismiss and bury complaints:

This email is meant to be read by SRSG/DSRSG but not only them but for each and every one of you in BCC.     To all security officer's who can not  raise their concerns and freedom of speech I will write in your behalf as we discussed.     We will like to raise our concerns and occurrence regarding CSA Zalla who's behavior became more suffice aggressive and threatening against security officers through his Ivorian Mafia.

1.Kovalev Nikolay  2.Mitri George Philippe  3.Danta Tremezano  Freddy  4.Adonis Aziz  5.Eugenio Luis  6.Carlo Cripa  7.Tacha Amedee Amah       

All of them head of unit.  The connection between them even if they have different nationalities have been worked together in Ivory Coast.     I am going to raise our issue's and concerns and if its possible to check the veracity of what we are going to describe below.    

1. All of them recruited after the arrival of Kovalev Nikolay (ask HR)  2. How many SO in the field and Bangui recruited in the past 3 years have been worked in UNOCI ?

3. Why we have 50% or more SO TGO FS4/FS5/FS6/P3(Because are friends with Zalla/Kovakev/Mitri) and why in 3 years they could not recruited fixed terms SO. 

4. In the last exercises PSGO for FS5/P3 that was made here in this mission please check who passed the tests and who conducted the interviews (I believe Zalla/Kovalev/Mitri). I believe that they spread the test between them because, if you are going to ask one question from the test they do not know how to answer. 

5. Promotion to competent people (zero) Only for  Zalla /Kovalaev/Mitri friends!!!  6.Emails sent to our management regarding our concerns/problems/request's received incomplete, incorrect and without any comprehensive answers after 3/4 months followed by phone calls from different persons from Bangui saying that is better to not continue with our concerns otherwise SIU will arrange a visit in our region.    

1. Kovalev Nikolay   Choosing who's going to specialized Courses (only friends)for DSA in Bangui, zero involvement in Security Section.  SO Digne Michel Jean TGO  (roster FS4/FS5)left the mission because Kovakev/Zalla/Mitri hired someone else FS5 (please check ).The reason behind the wall was that SO Digne  was asking to many questions (how SO new employed they are not able pass any simple tests)  Subsequently who ask uncomfortable questions can be fired,contract terminated or they will name you leave. 

2.Mitri G.Philippe  Recruiting officer for Ivorian Mafia.  In case of investigation he is the one who can disseminate all information  TDY Tunis (we heard about this TDY after he left) 

3.Danta Tremezano Freddy   All the time in the fashion style (Spanish Top Model) pistol on the belt but not present after lunch at work only if is a big meeting.  Always present in the social places like Bodega/Care Gourmand/Balafon  drinking and driving, breaking the curfew(check his carlog ) 

4.Eugenio Luis  Failing SO in the range on shooting test.  Training unit dose not offer any training for SO in the field.  How a security officer can work without a weapon?  SO is traveling in Bangui for 3 days (1day training) after 1 year and if he's lucky he can pass.  Outside the mission all the time (that's why they don't have time for us) 

5.Adonis Aziz and Mitri G.Philippe (friends)  I believe now is on TDY(where?) Tunis We never heard about this TDY.  6.Carlo Cripa TGO still .     7.Amah Amede Tatcha   SIU /doing all kind of coverings for CSA and company in the investigation process and through him threatening SO(sending verbal messages from CSA)    

8. CSA ZALLA     Without any doubt Zalla behavior look like he owns UN Security Section(his private company)  Moving SO or hiding them (depends on the case).When he dose not like you he will move you,when he likes you he is going to hide you in case that you made big mistakes)  Requesting solutions from him and receiving evasive answers (or no answers at all)  Requesting meeting with CSA (he dose not have time.   NEVER)  Threatening to deny R&R and annual leave if he dose not like you,and for them (Zalla/Kovalev) is possible to leave in the same time on R&R for us it is not possible we need to have somebody to replace us.  We are at this stage therefore we are afraid and threatened and we are not able to discharge our duties anymore under such amount of stress from CSA.(he needs to respect the rules and regulations)  We know that is not the right way to express ourselves hiding our identity nevertheless we have children's,families to support but the stress,frustration and threats(from CSA/DCSA)became part of our daily routine which is not normal . 

We are here to work and help people beside that we have a hard life in the field(no food provided trying to get food from local market,no water and we can not find what you have in Bangui)  Without appending another complains please take note and measures.  With respect from concerned SO's.

 Reference is made to my previous email dated 30 August 2018 requesting you to provide further details pertaining to the alleged  misconduct you reported.  One of your points reported  is favoritism through recruitment irregularities of security officers, promotion, training opportunities and utilization of entitlements such as Annual Leave and R&R, etc. can you provide at least some names of security officers who benefited from irregular recruitment or any other favoritisms so that the matter can be pushed forward?  I have noted that you have not replied to my request for further information concerning  a couple of points on which your complaint is based and are not ready to update us on you real contact details even though I made you aware of the provisions on the protection of UN personnel who report misconduct against retaliation.     CDT and other stakeholders are expecting your feedback within 5 working days from today.  Kindly be informed that if you are in a position to cooperate in this matter, the case we simply be closed with no further action.     Looking forward to hearing from you

  So UN "Conduct and Discipline," also in charge of covering up UN child rapes before Guterres refuses to answer questions about them, also covered this up - and Gilles Michaud has done nothing. We'll have more on this.

In the first of this series about the decay and corruption of UN Security under Guterres and Michaud Inner City Press is today reporting that this same Mitrokhin as one of the many war criminals he has promoted in the UN got Abi Samra the job in Jordan.  

Not only does this constitute Guterres' UN ghoulish providing safe haven for war criminals, as it has also done regarding Sri Lanka and Cameroon - in Jordan, Abi Samra using public money to pay a DSS employee to do nothing more than tutor his own son.

 Sources working in Lebanon link "Tony" Abi Samra to the assassination of Rafic Harriri and more, and ask Inner City Press how the UN didn't even check its own records. These is the corruption of Guterres, who bans the Press which asks. We'll have more on this.

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres had Inner City Press roughly ousted by his UN Security and media accreditation stripped without a hearing by his Department of Global Communications now run by Melissa Fleming.

  On September 16 after the ban was reasserted by Guterres in Kafkaesque fashion, see below, Inner City Press went to ask why outside the "UNGA Prayer Ceremony" he and his Deputy SG Amina J.   On September 21, echoing the Drop the Debt protests at the federal courthouse Inner City Press covers including streamed bankruptcy proceedings from the District of Puerto Rico, from Manhattan's Columbus Circle to the increasingly locked up UN activists marched for fair treatment of Puerto Rico, a promise never fulfill by the UN even less so under colonial Guterres. The energy was high but it is high time people realize that the UN under Guterres has nothing to do with its stated principles, and everything to do with self-serving hypocrisy and corruption. We'll have more on this.

  Back on September 16, arriving after a full afternoon of reporting from the SDNY federal court which saw the conviction for UN bribery of Patrick Ho of  CEFC China Energy, financial linked to Guterres, Guterres was just leaving. Inner City Press asked him why it had been banned from the Democracy Day event only hours before. As he mounted into his public funded limousine, Gutteres did not answer.

  Same with Amina J. Mohammed, hustled into her Escalade by UN guards. Tijjani Muhammad- Bande seemed to affirmatively say no, Anglophone Cameroon's illegal refouled by his country will NOT be considered during his year as PGA. We'll have more, much more, on this.

 Past 4 pm on Friday, August 30 the UN issued a denial of accreditation with no reasoning other than that accreditation had previously been revoked:
