SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 28 – Dave Minter is
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm, to
wit, a .38 Smith & Wesson
pistol.
On April 28, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
A year ago
on April 26, 2020 NYPD says it
found Minter with a gun in a
car. They have photos they say
are of him by an elevator in
The Bronx, in "a large Under
Armour sweatshirt."
Minter came
to plead guilty, and did.
Sentencing is set for August
6.
The case is US v.
Minter, 20-cr-389 (Koeltl)
