March 25 –
Saudi Arabia's Alesayi
Beverage Company claims it was
defrauded and sent money to
Links19.com, not
Link19.com.
It has
filed an ex parte application
to conduct discovery for use
in a foreign proceeding.
It hit the docket in the U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
late on March 25, where Inner
City Press nearly-immediately
found and reported
it.
Alesayi is
seeking serve subpoenas on
Bank of America and JP Morgan
Chase Bank.
The case is In re
Ex Parte Application of
Alesayi Beverage Company,
Ltd., to Conduct Discovery For
Use in a Foreign Proceeding,
