As NY Tribeca Group Was Sued For Stealing Leads It Agrees to Not Use Them, Dec 8 Next

BBC - Honduras - CIA Trial book - NY Mag

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 19 – Fora Financial Holdings sued New York Tribeca Group, LLC stating NYTG had possession of lending leads stolen from it. It sought a TRO.

On October 14, 2022, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Jesse M. Furman held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

NYTG was offering to voluntarily segregate and not use the leads at issue, without acknowledging they are stolen.

It was agreed the parties would confer, and reconvene on October 20 at 11:30 am.

They did, and Inner City Press again covered it. Now NYTG will "refrain from using or disclosing to any other persons or entities the At-Issue information, except that Defendant may disclose the At-Issue information to its own legal counsel and Plaintiff or Plaintiff's attorney." There is an initial pre-trial conference set for December 8 at 9 am.

The case is  Fora Financial Holdings, LLC v. New York Tribeca Group, LLC et al., 22-cv-8539 (Furman)
