Man Sentenced for Crack  Has Order of Protection in Westchester Detailed in SDNY

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Sept 23 – Juan Urena was sentenced to 60 month imprisonment in 2014 on heroin and crack charges, and to five years of supervised release.

On September 23 U.S. District Court for the Southern District Judge Loretta A. Preska held a violation of supervised release proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Urena pleaded guilty to VOSR specifications 1-6, with the 7th held in abeyance. Reference was made to an "order of protection in Westchester County" - and the name of the beneficiary of the order was given.

Inner City Press heard but voluntarily is not publishing it. Judge Preska asked Urena if he would comply and was told Yes.

The case is US v. Wagner , Jr et al., 13-cr-199 (Preska)
