SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Aug 3 – Allambergen
Kudaybergenov got hired for a
job requiring legal US
residence then it didn't work
out.
He was charged
with identity theft, and
making threats over wires.
On August 3
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil held a
change of plea proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Kudaybergenov had
emailed the "Victim Business"
that he has "zero tolerance
for gay people."
Ultimately he was
offered a plea deal with a ten
months guideline, after which
he would be deported. He took
it.
Judge
Vyskocil was asked by Federal
Defenders to set the
sentencing in late Septrmeber.
She called that
unrealistic and picked October
28.
