SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 16 – A nightclub
fight in Avenue Nightclub at
116 10th Avenue on December 5,
2016 gave rise to a lawsuit -
and now a request for further
neurological examination of
the
plaintiff.
On May 16, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Ronnie Abrams
held a conference. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Abrams asked plaintiff's
counsel why he had waited to
long to make the request. He
said he had only recently come
into the case, and had to get
to know the file.
Judge Abrams
agreed to one final extension
but said this would be the
last time.
The case is
Besiso et al. v. Barnes, et
al., 16-cv-9461 (Abrams)
