SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 13 – Claudia Davis sued
Whole Foods for being injured
in its store at 1551 Third
Avenue in NYC on October 31,
2017.
On June 8,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Edgardo Ramos held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
At issue
was a video that Whole Foods
has. It committed to send it
to Ms. Davis. A previous
counsel, it seems, is refusing
to turn over the case file -
and has a lien.
