By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan 19 – Emmanuel Alcindor while on supervised release is charged with sexual abuse and public masturbation on New Jersey Transit.

On January 19 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge George B. Daniels held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

The US Attorney's Office said it would not pursue Specification 3, rape in the third degree. But it pursued others, some of which were upheld by Judge Daniels.

Judge Daniels found Alcindor guilty of Specifications 6, 10 and 15-19. He set sentencing for February 2.

The case is US v. Alcindor, 13-cr-317 (Daniels)
