In SDNY Pre Trial Services Urged Bailing Man with 20 Kilos of Coke and Gun in Bronx But Denied

By Matthew Russell Lee, Exclusive, Patreon

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 15 – While many or even most cases in the Magistrates Court of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York are sealed or have case numbers given only later, on October 15 Magistrate Judge Stewart D. Aaron faced a request for man from one Claudio Rodriguez, arrested in New Jersey with 20 kilos of cocaine and admitting to a gun in his Bronx, New York apartment, stolen in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Pre-trial Services recommended release on bond. Judge Aaron asked the Pre-Trial Services representative to discuss it with him in his robing room, that is, off the record. Then he emerged and denied bail. The case is  US v. Rodriguez, 19-mag-9591.

Meanwhile the U.S. Attorney's office is offering a 5K1 cooperator's leniency letter to a man, Alex Ardon, who admits murdering 56 people and is seeking a 20 year sentence for an emo rapper Michael Jones for the unlucky death by heroin and other drugs of the daughter of a hedge funder. It's come to this.

Inner City Press will stay on these cases.
