SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 30 – Shawn Jenkins was
charged with making and
throwing a Molotov cocktail by
the 42nd Police Precinct in
The Bronx on June 1,
2020.
On November
30, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge John P. Cronan held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The US
Attorney said a "private
police vehicle" has been
damaged, but did not put
forward any monetary demand
for it.
The September
Complaint charged Arson; now a
new, lesser charge was for
pleading, though still not in
the docket as of 7 pm.
The case is, or
was, US v. Jenkins, 20-mj-9915
