By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Dec 20 –   Turko Textile was sued by Turkey-based Evliyaoglu Tekstil A.S. for non-payment of over $1 million.

On December 20, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York  Judge Lewis J. Liman held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.   The case is near settling, the parties said.

Judge Liman said that with consideration of the parties' pending finalization of settlement, he would extend the deadline for the completion of discovery and depositions to January 14, 2022, with summary judgment motions, if necessary, due on January 28.

He specified: no further extensions will be granted.

The case is  Evliyaoglu Tekstil A.S. v. Turko Textile LLC et al., 19-cv-10769 (Liman)
