By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - The Source

SDNY COURTHOUSE, July 23 –   Todd McClain on July 23 pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute carfentanil from New York to Ohio, and to have a gun in connection with the conspiracy.

U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Denise L. Cote held a change of plea proceeding, and Inner City Press covered it.

In the complaint, signe don December 13, 2019 by SDNY Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave, McClain is also referred to as Poot433. He used the dark web; he used Bitcoin. The packages were sent from The Bronx to Dayton, Ohio.

On July 23 at first, McClain had not been able to speak with his lawyer Harvey Fishbein. That was addressed. And then McClain pled guilty.

The case is US v. McClain, 19-mj-11703 (Cote)
