in Texas on four patents in
2019. The case has been moved
north and on June 12 U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

The question was
whether Netflix can file a
motion to dismiss now, or
should wait for a summary
judgment motion.
