By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Maxwell Book
BBC - Honduras - CIA Trial Book - NY Mag

SDNY COURTHOUSE, July 22 – Gilberto Done sued Peapod LLC for a car crash that occurred on December 28, 2018 near 2661 Marion Avenue in The Bronx.

On July 18, 2022 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York  Judge John G. Koeltl held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Judge Koetlt denied Peapod's motion for summary judgment, and asked for a pre-trial order and proposed jury instructions by August 19. As subsequently docketed, he said the case should be trial ready on 48 hours notice on September 16, 2022.

It is Done v. Peapod LLC et al., 20-cv-4194 (Koeltl)
