Oct 27 – Pedro
Mastache-Vilchis was bycicling
on 37th Street and Third
Avenue on April 21, 2017 when
he was hit by a truck owned by
Fredys Trucking LLC. He
sued.
On October 27 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
The case
has been slowed by COVID.
Still, on August 5 counsel for
plaintiff provided
authorizations for medical
records.
Judge
Lehrburger ordered that all
discovery should be completed
by January 29, 2021; by March
1 motions are due.
