SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 13 – Domingo Moncion was
injured on a construction site
at 671 Prospect Avenue in The
Bronx on November 13, 2019.
Now two insurers
are fighting about
it.
On July 8,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Lewis J. Liman held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
State
National Insurance company has
ended up suing Lloyd's. Judge
Liman ordered that any motion
to join additional parties is
due by August 31, with a post
discovery conference set for
December 7.
The case is State
National v. Lloyd's,
22-cv-2686 (Liman)
