Nov 7 – Trenena "Trina"
Patterson sued Entertainment
Partners LLC, Eye Productions,
Michael Woll and Viacom after
she was fired as a Set
Customer on the set of the
television show "Blue Bloods."
She says the set
was full of racism, with
comments about "big butt" and
"du-rag" and "black people
can't swim."
On November
6, 2020 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Alvin K.
Hellerstein held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it. Hellerstein
asked, with sympathy, if she
has found another job.
Only part
time, he was told: there is
very little work in theater
production due to COVID.
Hellerstein set the next
conference for May 21, 2021.
