By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Maxwell Book
BBC - Honduras - CIA Trial Book - NY Mag

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Sept 1 – AXA XL sued Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A., in a dispute about crab meat.

On August 29, 2022 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York  Judge Lewis J. Liman held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

It was said settlement is near. Judge Liman said if it is not reached by September 23, the parties are to reach out for referral to the SDNY Mediation program.

On August 31, the parties filed a case management plan, with fact discovery running to January 17, 2023.

The case is AXA XL v. Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A., 22-cv-2564 (Liman)
