By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, August 11 – Angel De Jesus Peguero Brito is charged with conspiracy to distribute narcotics.

On August 11, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Lewis A. Kaplan held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

The defendant's lawyer, who's also one of R.Kelly's lawyers in the EDNY trial being held without Press or public in the courtroom, asked for additional time to file motions, including late September. Granted.

The Assistant US Attorney said a co-defendant has been arrested in California and is on his way.

The overall case is US v. Torres et al., 21-cr-466 (Kaplan)
