SDNY COURTHOUSE, Nov 4 –    Jian Li is charged with trafficking in counterfeit cellphones by Apple and Samsung, among others.

On November 4 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Analisa Torres held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Li is charged with using a short term storage yard on Columbia Street in Brooklyn, for the phones and protective cases counterfeited to look like those of Gucci, Nike, Adidas, Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Supreme.

Judge Torres ordered that all discovery be produced by December 2, with the defense to write to the court about it by January 15. There are also requests for grand jury records.

The case is US v. Li, 20-cr-568 (Torres)
