Man Is Ordered To Not Loiter in Schoolyards Except With His Own Kids as Release Condition

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTROOM Exclusive, Dec 15 – In the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on the late  afternoon of December 15, a detention or release proceeding was held by Magistrate Judge Gabriel W. Gorenstein on a defendant charged child pornography.

On the consent of the US Attorney's Office, he was released to the third party custody of his wife Katherine Cox, who was directed to make all electronic devices password protected against him. He is not to loiter in schoolyards or playgrounds - except with his own kids.

Inner City Press tweeted here:

Just ran to SDNY Magistrates Court for release on $100,000 bond of defendant on condition he not loiter by any schoolyard or playground - unless with his own children. This was an agreed bail package.

This case, not yet in PACER as of this writing, is US v. Cox, 21-mj-11949 (Gorenstein)
