From Giuliani 18 Devices Were Seized on April 28, Letter Unredacted May 20 Shows

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, May 20– Rudy Giuliani and Guiliani Partners were subject to a search warrant on April 28, 2021. On May 4, the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York docketed a copy of their letter to SDNY Judge J. Paul Oetken with many redactions, including of the number of electronic devices seized.

Now on May 20, endorsed that day by Judge Oetken, a less redacted letter, specifying that 18 devices were seized. Photo here, full letter on Patreon here.

There is more to be said about this, but Inner City Press is putting the still partially redacted letter online now.

The case is In Re: In the Matter of Search Warrants Executed on April 28, 2021, 21-mc-425 (Oetken).
