By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Maxwell Book
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY MAG COURT EXCLUSIVE, May 18 -  In the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on May 18, a detention or release proceeding was held by Magistrate Judge James L. Cott on a man wanted on drug charges in the Eastern District of Missouri.

Sergio Casasenero-Castro was arrested on May 17 in a hotel in The Bronx. After conferring with his appointed Federal Defender, the AUSA said the US consented to his release that day on $25,000 bond secured by his truck.

Travel will be restricted to the states of New York and New Jersey and to the EDMO, where he is due to appear - virtually - on May 31 at 10 am.

This case is US v. Casasenero-Castro, 22-mj-4376 (Cott)
