Envy Branding Sues In Dispute Over Big Sexy Hair Now Electronic Discovery Disputes

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Dec 16 – Envy Branding sued The William Gerard Group in a dispute about provide agent services to what it calls celebrities.     

      On December 16, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York  Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

  The dispute is about brands including "Big Sexy Hair," "Carseat Canopy" and Diff Eyewear. 

  Judge Cave ruled that the parties by December 23 much exchange lists of the custodians who records were searched for electronically stored information and the list of search terms used. A next conference was set for January 24.

 The case is Envy Branding, LLC v. The William Gerard Group, LLC et al., 20-cv-3182 (Gardephe / Cave)
