SDNY Case Comes Down To Attorneys Fees $600 An Hour Or More So May Be Sealed

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 21 – The case of DiMauro v. 189 Chrystie Street Partners is now down to the attorney's fees. The attorneys want what they are getting paid to be sealed.

On October 21 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge John G. Koeltl held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Judge Koeltl asked about the lodestar; he said that a letter application could be made to him to seal the amount of attorney's fees.

In the docket are references to $600 an hour - up from $500 an hour before being admitted to the bar of the SDNY. Oh.

The case is DiMauro v. 189 Chrystie Street Partners, LP et al., 20-cv-2619 (Koeltl)
