Clear Channel Sued New Rochelle For Taking Its Billboards City Says No Argument Needed

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan 2 – Clear Channel Outdoor, LCC has sued the City of New Rochelle, claiming it is trying to take its billboards without due process or just compensation.

On New Year's Eve New Rochelle, through law firm Harris Beach PLLC, told U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Nelson Stephen Roman that oral argument is not needed on Clear Channel's motion for a preliminary injunction.

New Rochelle writes that it "respectfully submitted Clear Channel's motion fails and oral argument is not necessary to deny the relief it seeks."

The case is Clear Channel Outdoor, LCC v. City of New Rochelle, et al., 20-cr-9296 (Roman)
