EXCLUSIVE, Dec 2 - In
the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York on December 2, a
detention or bond proceeding
was held by Magistrate Judge
Stewart D. Aaron on a man on
whom the prosecutors requested
delayed docketing, after detention
on consent.

The
defendant was and is named
Ramos Reyes. His Criminal
Justice Act lawyer after
consenting to detention asked
if the delay on docketing
would end after the 30 day
period he waived to for any
preliminary hearing. He was
told the omission from the
docket would continue until
the parties asked to end it.
The case is US v.
Reyes, 22-mj-9733 (Aaron)
