On February 28, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Netburn gave until March 18
for any party to apply to
reopen the case - then told
that parties that will all due
respect she hoped not to hear
from them.
The case is
