By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Nov 18 –   Levente Polyak owes $540,000 to Everspring Capital Partners, they say.

On November 18, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge John G. Koeltl held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

After fifteen minute, Polyak did not show up. Inner City Press was asked, Are you the defendant. No.

Judge Koeltl directed Everspring to file its motion for summary judgement by December 4, and said his Chambers will mail a copy of the Order to the pro se defendant at the docket address in Newtown, Connecticut.

The case is EverSpring Capital Partners, Kft. v. Polyak, 20-cv-6773 (Koeltl)
