By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, May 18 –   Shomari Norman sued NYPD for booting and towing his 2015 Jeep Patriot on March 5, 2018 on Richardson Avenue in The Bronx.

On May 18, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Vernon S. Broderick held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Norman says his vehicle ended up by sold in North Carolina.

Now the question is of depositions.

The case is Norman v. City of New York et al., 20-cv-5560 (Broderick)
