By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Sept 27 – A cooperator who pleaded guilty to narcotic offenses in June 2017 then helped authorities and himself by calling three more defendants to discussed drugs deals.

They met in a restaurant in The Bronx about two kilograms of heroin and the three were arrested.

On September 25 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Katherine Polk Failla held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Defendant Ramon Daniel Felix-Leonardo was present with his CJA attorney. In 2018 his bail had been forfeited. Later the indictment was re-numbered. Now he has a pre-trial conference on October 28.

The case is USA v. Peguero Varela et al., 17-cr-636 (Failla)
