Jeffry Guzman De La Cruz Agreed To Tie His Case To One Sarante Now Pushed to August 4

SDNY COURTHOUSE, June 25 – Jeffry Guzman De La Cruz and Miguel Sarante were both arrested on March 5 for conspiracy to rob a drug dealer.  

On October 2, 2020 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Lewis J. Liman held a proceeding as to Jeffry Guzman De La Cruz. Inner City Press covered it. 

 Jeffry Guzman De La Cruz' lawyer said she is trying to work out a plea agreement; she consented to having her client's schedule synched with that of Miguel Sarante.

But where was Fernando Sarante, initially indicted along with the other two?

  Now on June 25, another conference in the case. It took some time to synch the various participants. Then the case was pushed to a next proceeding on August 4.

The case is USA v. Sarante, 20-cr-157 (Liman)
