Soros Was Sued For Guinea Ore Mine in SDNY Now Inner City Press Reports 2020 Motion

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - The Source

SDNY COURTHOUSE, July 28 – BSG Resources (Guinea) sued George Soros and the Open Society Foundations, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Then no one reported it.

On July 28, SDNY Judge John F. Keenan held a proceeding in the case. Inner City Press covered it.

The original lawsuit asserted that "Soros has spend untold millions fabricating a positive public image for himself and the organizations he controls. Yet in reality Soros is a racketeer billionaire who acts in utter disregard of the rule of law and the rights of others."

Then it zeroed in on what it described as Soros' predatory moves on an iron ore mine in the Simandou mountain range in Guinea.

On July 28, Judge Keenan urges the a motion be finalized on October 13.

He said he could then decided it on the papers, but if requested will grant oral argument.

Inner City Press will continue to follow this case.

It is BSG Resources (Guinea) Limited et al v. Soros et al., 17-cv-2726 (Keenan)
