SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 23 – Luisa Beato was hit
by a vehicle owned by GK Morse
Trucking Ltd on December 11,
2019 on the corner of West
190th Street and Saint
Nicholas Avenue in Upper
Manhattan.
On May 21, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Edgardo Ramos
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Ramos said any additional
parties must be joined by June
8, with all discovery done by
October 29 and a case
management plan on that day.
There is a demand for a jury
trial.
The case is Beato
v. GK Morse Trucking Ltd. et
al., 20-cv-8291 (Ramos)
