CG3 Media Wants Ruling Its Online Teleprompter App Is Not Covered By Patents

SDNY COURTHOUSE, August 24 – CG3 Media owns an online teleprompter application called Speakflow. It has sued to seeking a determination that it does NOT infringe on any patent, specifically by Belleau Technologies LCC.        

    On August 24 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Mary K. Vyskocil held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

 CG3 is complaining that Belleau's "personal threats and false claims" against it and Corey Griffin have placed a cloud over its business. 

 Judge Vyskocil said motions are due by February 21, 2022.

The case is CG3 Media, LLC et al v. Belleau Technologies, LLC, 21-cv-4607 (Vyskocil)
