BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, May 20 –  Joshua Crum was charged in 2014 with being a felon in possession of a firearm, a .38 caliber Smith & Wesson revolver.

On May 20, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Denise L. Cote held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Crum had been arrested on January 8.

Now on May 20, Judge Cote ordered him to turn himself in to the U.S. Marshals on May 21 at noon, and then for sentencing on June 3 at 3 pm.

The case is US v. Crum, 14-cr-683 (Cote)
