SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 27 –Fatima Mirrow moved to
quash a subpoena from Bruce P.
Kreigman as Chapter 11 Trustee
for LLC America, in a property
dispute. Fatima Mirrow is the
87 year old mother of Alex
Mirrow.
On October 27, 2022, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave
held a proceeding. Inner City

Judge Cave reserved judgment
on Plaintiff's motions for
contempt and to compel.
She scheduled a
follow-up conference for
November 18 at 2 pm and
directed that Ms. Mirrow's
counsel confer with his client
"as needed" and get answers
to, among other questions,
Does Ms.
Mirro have any documents
regarding the property at 16
Kosteczko Drive, Shawangunk,
NJ 12589? If she does have any
documents, where are
they?
