Refresco Beverages Is Sued For Leaking Cans Shipped To 3 States So Depositions to Dec 16

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Maxwell Book
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, March 24 –   Access Business Group International sued Refresco Beverages US Inc. for breach of contract: cans that leaked and had to be destroyed. They want a refund.

On March 23, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Lorna G. Schofield held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Refresco did its now-suspect work in Walla Walla, Washington and shipped the cans to California, Georgia and Michigan.  They leaked.

Under the case management plan, depositions are to be completed by December 16 and expert discovery, not until 2023.

The case is Access Business Group International, LLC et al v. Refresco Beverages US Inc., 21-cv-10779 (Schofield)
