Daniel Carino Charged With Selling Coke For DEA Buy Money Gets Oct 3 SDNY Trial Date

SDNY COURTHOUSE, March 21 – Daniel Carino is charged with selling at least $2650 of cocaine to a Confidential Source, paid in DEA-issued buy money, and offering to sell a gun for $800.  

        On March 21, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Richard M. Berman held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it. 

 Judge Berman set a trial date of October 3, with motions in limine due by September 1.

 The defendant was freed on $50,00 bond on October 12, 2021, with no contact with witnesses.

 The case is US v. Carino, 21-cr-598 (Berman)
