By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Feb 4 – Young Kwon sued Bread & Butter Deli stores under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

On February 4, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge John G. Koeltl held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Young Kwon says he worked over 40 hours a week but got no spread of hours pay or overtime.

Judge Koeltl stayed the case and referred it  to the mediation program.

The case is Kwon v. 462 BKCS Ltd., et al., 20-cv-9105 (Koeltl)
