Dreni Sued PrinterOn America Now Must Find New Lawyer Or Pro Se SDNY Trial Feb 2022

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 26 – Denis Dreni sued PrinterOn America Corporation for breach of contract and violations of New York Labor Law in 2018. The case was removed to Federal court.

On October 26 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York  Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Judge Vyskocil said this case has been languishing too long. She told the plaintiff to either get new counsel by November 16 or proceed pro se

. She set a final pre-trial conference for January 25, noting that she may have time between February 7 and 25 open for a trial.

The case is  Dreni v. PrinterOn America Corporation, 18-cv-12017 (Vyskocil)
