By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, June 28 – In a bankruptcy court appeal, a slew of law firms including Reed Smith and investment firms are disputing a bankruptcy court order of April 30.

On June 28, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Edgardo Ramos held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Judge Ramos asked how this wasn't an impermissible interlocutory appeal.

The answer was that there are cases going both way on this issue.

And so, a motion schedule: motion due July 19, response August 9, reply August 19.

The case is In Re: Aramid Entertainment Fund Limited, 21-cv-4840 (Ramos)
