Cohen Brothers Realty Sued For Saucy Talk With Clo Cohen Quoted in SDNY Complaint

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Dec 27 – Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation of 750 Lexington Avenue has been sued for gender and COVID-19 related discrimination.

On December 23 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Gregory H. Woods held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

The complaint zeroed in on SVP Stephen Fredericks, quoting him saying "Oh my God, you are such a bombshell.. I can probably set you up with one of my very successful friends... you remind me of Morticia Adams."

More, the complaint quotes CEO Charles Cohen's wife Clodagh or "Clo" that "no more BJs" for her husband in retaliation for lowering her personal allowance.

The discussion on December 23 was more heady, about whether M.S. is a disability when linked to COVID-19.

The case is Arazi et al v. Cohen Brothers Realty Corp, 20-cv-08837-GHW (Woods)
