May 1 – Cindy Ng sued Varonis
Systems, Inc. for
discrimination against her as
an Asian
woman.
On April 29, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alvin K. Hellerstein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Judge
Hellerstein on March 30 had
denied the defendant's motion
for summary judgment, find
that there are triable issues
of fact.
Now he urged one
last chance to settle, then a
status check-in in 90 days.
The case is Ng v.
Varonis Systems, Inc., et al.,
