SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 22 – Timothy McCaffrey
sued Gatekeeper USA and John
Seetoo for fraud and market
manipulation in the promotion
and sale of the stock of
GateKeeper.
On
August 19, 2022 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Vernon S. Broderick held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Seetoo is pro se,
and asked how to access
transcripts and get "full
access to PACER," on which
he'd belated seen notice of
proceedings he hadn't been
made aware of. Judge Broderick
said he'll look into it.
