Adams Reappears With S&C On Violation of Supervised Release Now Probation to Report

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Maxwell Book
BBC-Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN NY Mag

SDNY COURTHOUSE, April 14 – Jerry Adams was convicted in a narcotics conspiracy in 2012, and of a violation of supervised release in 2018.

On April 14, 2020, Adams re-appeared before U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge P. Kevin Castel, this time represented by Sullivan & Cromwell.

S&C argued that he should be released with a GPS bracelet. But Probation send they had to check things out, at least for a day.

Judge Castel asked Probation to report to him so he can sign an order releasing Adams. He set another conference for May 19 at 2 pm.

The case is US v. Adams, 11-cr-710 (Castel)
