Guterres' Department

Communication issued
a letter banning
Inner City Press
from the UN - for
life. With no due

said,
again, that the UN
would answer Press
questions to the
Spokesman Stephane
Dujarric and his
Office;
Dujarric said

camera.

Deputy Farhan
Haq, now
becoming a
